General Terms

Account Registration Rules
- Each individual may open only one account.
- Opening multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- The name and details provided at registration must match those of the payment account.
- Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold or given to a third party.
Login Security
- Keeping your password confidential is entirely your responsibility.
- Use a secure, unique password and change it regularly.
- If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify us immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals
kd33 supports the most widely used payment methods in Bangladesh. All financial transactions are secured via SSL encryption.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
- The name and details of the mobile banking or bank account used for deposits must match the kd33 account details.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Standard withdrawal processing time: 5–30 minutes.
- Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals will be held until bonus wagering requirements are met.
Special Note on Bank Transfers
Bank transfer transactions can be made through major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank. Additional verification may apply for bank transfers and processing may take longer.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
kd33 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus
- 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus — total balance ৳2,200.
- Example: Deposit ৳10,000 or more and receive up to a maximum of ৳5,000 bonus — total balance ৳15,000.
- The bonus is granted only once per account.
Wagering Requirement
Wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus).
General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus has a set validity period — if not used within the specified time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Attempting to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and associated winnings.
- kd33 reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
- VIP cashback and other rewards are subject to their own terms and conditions.
Gaming Rules
All games on kd33 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is beyond the control of any party.
Slots & Casino

Sports Betting

Technical Issues
In the case of an incomplete game due to disconnection or server issues, a decision will be made based on the last recorded state in the kd33 system. We reserve the right to void payouts resulting from technical errors.
Player Responsibility
